At Fink®, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
